1)Drink 16 ounces(approx 500ml) water before each meal and limiting daily calorie intake (1200 for women) increase water intake to approx 2000ml (recommended 2.7L)
2)replacing a single meal with pure water.
3)Replace unhealthy foods with lean proteins, salads,
4)squeeze fresh lime juice to the green tea
5)drink cold water to speed up metabolism
