1) obtain #borang pembatalan from #unit tajaan usm , building H23, unit tajaan, level 2
2) fill in form, attach together with surat tawaran JPA
3) send in form to #uni tajaan usm ,
4) return ptptn loan, cimb bank.

2. check JPA result (2nd batch)
1) no need to appeal, login and check within the stated period
2) check result by login directly into e-penawaran (right) , if result is not checked within the stated period.
3) print documents
note:
1) matikan setem hasil, pejabat hasil (georgetown)
2) buy setem hasil RM10 x3 , pejabat pos
3) send all the JPA documents, to hal ehwal pelajar usm (unit tajaan)
4) saksi, from hal ehwal pelajar usm (unit tajaan)
